This position provides direct ABA supervision services to children
on the autism Spectrum and their ABA therapists.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Assessments
- Define Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
- Direct supervise implementation of BSP Graph and analyze data and identify effectiveness of BSP strategies
- Training and supervision of Register Behavior Technicians, ABA therapists and parents/caregivers
- Design Functional Communication Systems
- Use ABLLS and VBMAPP tools to define ABA programs

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- BCBA supervisor approved At least 1 year experience in implementation of verbal behavior

- CPR, HIPAA and zero tolerance certified
- Well knowledge of Microsoft office and Apps such as: Data Finch

- Hold a Licensed in the state of Florida as Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy, or Assistance.
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- At least 1 year experience working with children with special needs
- CPR, HIPAA and zero tolerance certified
- Kind and love to work with children
